                    and ending on Wednesday, xxxxxxxxx, at 10 a.m.

    Call the Reservations Phone (931-200-6080) and leave a message.
    $16 per plate.   Reminder:  Due to FFG Conference Center Policy, no changes (additions or subtractions) can be made to the meals.
Early Check-In
    Tuesday, xxxxxxx,  12:30 to 1:30 at the Conference Center.  Please pay by check if possible.


    Must be made before 10 am, Friday, xxxxxxx.   
    You are responsible for the cost of the meal if reservation not cancelled timely.

    You may use the   Reservation Form    to cancel a reservation
    by entering the name of the person who is cancelling at the top,
    and then in the Comment section at the bottom, let us know that you want to cancel the reservation.

Please encourage new residents to attend a meeting to get a better idea of who we are.

    In the event that the parking lots are full at the Conference Center, please park next door in the upper lot by the
    Medical Arts Building/Wellness Center. There will be a shuttle bus available to take you to the Conference Center.  

    Do not park on the road leading to the back of the Conference Center -- that's a fire lane.
