Reservations

    On-Line Reservations may be made from Mon., April 22 (any time),
                    and ending on Wed., April 24, at 10 a.m.



    Phone Reservations may be made Wed., April 24, from 8 until 10 am.  
    Call the Reservations Phone (931-200-6080) and leave a message.
Cost
    $15 per plate.   Reminder:  Due to FFG Conference Center Policy, no changes (additions or subtractions) can be made to the meals.
Early Check-In
    April 30, from 12:30 - 1:30 at the Conference Center

Cancellations

    Must be made before 10 am, Friday, April 26.   
    You are responsible for the cost of the meal if reservation not cancelled timely.

    You may use the Reservation Form to cancel reservations by entering the name of the person who is cancelling at the top,
    and then in the Comment section at the bottom, let us know that you want to cancel the reservation.

    Choice of Two Meals:  

    ~ Regular: Pan seared Airline Chicken breast over Risotto Croquettes with Roasted Fennel and Oranges, Topped
                              with Chicken Veloute Sauce, rolls and Granny Smith Caramel Apple Bar
    Or
    ~ Hearty Vegan & Granny Smith Caramel Apple Bar

Plus Coffee Carafes, Pitchers of Water & Iced Tea On Each Table.  Hot water and tea bags are also available.

Please encourage new residents to attend a meeting to get a better idea of who we are.  
It's more than just lunch!
Reminders

    In the event that the parking lots are full at the Conference Center, please park next door in the upper lot by the
    Medical Arts Building/Wellness Center. There will be a shuttle bus available to take you to the Conference Center.  

    Do not park on the road leading to the back of the Conference Center -- that's a fire lane.
